The Arrow Misreader
Traffic signs can be tricky sometimes and thus cyclists, as any other road users, are advised to familiarise themselves with the rules of the road. But is it really so hard to figure out where the arrow points to? Not to mention the open invitation this guy sent to other vehicles, to give him a decent shave...
